Shipping and pick-up information
You will be able to receive your merchandise via shipping or physical pick-up at the International Office in Berlin.
Shipping
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 6 weeks after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Withdrawal policy.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
For shipping, you will be asked to provide your address and will receive a confirmation when your book is shipped. The shipping prices vary depending on your country or territory and the weight of your package. We ship our products to the following countries and territories:

If your country or territory is part of this list but does not appear as an option when making a purchase, send a message us via the “Contact us” section of the site or through communications@eyp.org.
If your country or territory is not part of this list, please also contact us, and we would evaluate if it would be feasible for us to send the package to you on a case by case basis.
Are there any other restrictions?
For shipping to include a tracking code or be insured, you will have to pay a surcharge on the base price of the delivered book.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Pick-up
In-store pickup is possible at the International Office in Berlin. Pickups are available Monday-Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The office is closed on public holidays and weekends and might occasionally not be possible. Any pick-ups should be agreed in advance with communications@eyp.org to ensure there will be a staff member to handle your delivery.
If you would like to pick up your package, please note you will receive confirmation from the EYP team via communications@eyp.org regarding your pick-up time and date. Please only then come to the EYP Office to pick up your merchandise after having received a confirmation that you can do so.
